Forums
The MLP Arena - the most active MLP collector's forum for all generations. Includes a lot of great, invaluable information about all things pony!
My Little Pony Trading Post - Another awesome forum for pony collectors! Recently got a revamp for increased functionality.
Pony Identification Websites/Resources
MLP Merch - Formerly just a G4 identification/wishlist/checklist, now for all generations! They have checklists and wishlists, and even a newsletter to help you keep up with all the juicy pony product news.
Strawberry Reef - A very helpful website for quickly identifying G1-G3.5s. Hasn't been updated in awhile but I still use it often.
My Little Wiki - Another great identification resource. Has some amazing info on accessories/more obscure merchandise. I use this often to identify various odds and ends that I can't seem to find anywhere else.
MLP Preservation Project - Ever wanted to know how you could restore a sad bait pony, or help a dingy pony shine once more? Here's the place to look! Has a ton of helpful articles on various facets of pony care.
Ghost of the Doll - another helpful ID website for all sorts of 80's/90's toys.
Other Awesome Pony People
Dark Horse Collectables - custom ponies, t-shirts, and more!
The Lavender Lagoon - if you're as big a fan of G2s as I am, this is definitely the site for you! Moonbreeze does amazing customs and has a ton of little-known G2 info to share, as well as customization/restoration guides and pictures of interesting prototypes!
Ponyland Press - an older collector's guide/personal collection/other site that I visited often as a new collector/kid. Still has tons of great info and amusement for all!
